Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including: violating laws; infringing intellectual property; uploading malware; attempting to gain unauthorized access; disrupting or overloading the infrastructure; or using the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Services to you and your organization.

You are responsible for the legality of your content and for having the rights necessary to upload it.

We strive for high availability but provide the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated.

You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees.

The Services, including software, design, and trademarks, are owned by Gocools or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our marks or software beyond use of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gocools shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gocools from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by applicable law in our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
