Sarwanam Theatre Nepal

Overview

Built a complete CMS and event management platform for Sarwanam Theatre, one of Nepal's most respected non-profit theatre groups founded in 1981.

Challenge

Sarwanam needed a modern digital presence to showcase their history and performances. The existing website was static. As an actor, I understood their workflow intimately.

Approach

• Designed full-stack CMS with Next.js frontend and Go backend across AWS and Cloudflare.
• Created event management with automated scheduling and ticket inventory.
• Integrated Meta Ads for targeted digital marketing campaigns.
• Built media gallery for production photos and video archives.

Highlights

• Full CMS with page builder
• Event management with online ticketing
• Workshop registration
• Meta Ads campaign management
• Multi-language support
